Refund policy

Our products are made from corrugated cardboard and are designed with quality and durability in mind. Please review our refund policy carefully:

Non-Refundable Products

-Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed, except in cases where the item is

damaged upon delivery.

Damaged Items

-If your item is damaged upon receipt, please follow these steps:

-Take a clear photo of the item before opening the packaging.

-Contact us at [creative@trio.com.sg] within 3 days of receiving the product and provide the photo as proof.

Return Process for Damaged Items

-If your claim is approved, you will need to return the item to us.

-Customers are responsible for covering the return delivery fee.

Resolution

-Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a replacement product will be sent.

-Refunds are not offered, only replacements.
